Golf pro Tiger Woods refused a breathalyzer test and behaved arrogantly when he was picked up on suspicion of DUI early Monday morning.
Palm Beach Police reportedly told TMZ that they stopped Woods after seeing his car “driving erratically, all over the road” at around 3 a.m. Monday.
Officers smelled alcohol on his breath after pulling him over. Wood reportedly refused a breathalyzer and was “arrogant” when officers questioned him.
Refusing to take a breathalyzer results in an automatic arrest and license suspension.
Still, despite being uncooperative, Woods was released on his own recognizance just hours later and did not have to post bail, as Crime Online previously reported.
According to TMZ, his publicists appear concerned about the possibility of video of his arrest being leaked: His reps have reportedly been asking repeatedly whether the arresting officer had a body cam. It is not know if there is any body cam or dash cam footage of the arrest.
