Subway’s disgraced ex-pitchman Jared Fogle has reportedly filed a motion to have the judge recused from his child porn case on the basis that she’s biased because she’s a mother.
Per TMZ, Fogle, 40, recently filed legal documents alleging that Judge Tanya Walton Pratt was unfit to handle his case as it involves a teenage prostitute and teenage girls being sexually exploited on tape.
Pratt sentenced Fogle in November 2015 to more than 15 years in federal prison for distributing and receiving child pornography, and traveling and attempting to travel to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor.
Fogle is required to serve at least 85 percent of his sentence. Last month, Pratt denied Fogle’s request for an early release, according to the tabloid.

Fogle is representing himself in court. Meanwhile, the IndyStar‘s archives indicated that Pratt has a daughter who was an adult at the time of Fogle’s sentencing.
“It is the opinion of a ‘reasonable party’ that Judge Tanya Walton Pratt has demonstrated she is prejudicially biased to the Defendant Jared S. Fogle, and should in facts and law, recuse herself from these proceedings,” he wrote in his newest filing.
Fogle was found to have more than 47,000 illicit images of young girls on his computer. He also traveled to New York City to have sex with two underage girls.
The latest move is yet another in a series of bizarre legal stunts Fogle has pulled. In November, Fogle reportedly argued that he was a “sovereign citizen,” thus being immune to federal laws. The argument was swiftly thrown out.
