A nationwide manhunt is underway for three of four men who allegedly kidnapped and raped 13- and 14-year-old sisters at a Bowling Green, Ohio, hotel late last month.
According to the Toledo Blade, local police arrived at Wood County Hospital the evening of June 28 following reports that two girls were sexually assaulted. There, they learned the victims were staying at the hotel with their mother when four men held them captive and sexually assaulted the two girls.
Police arrested one of the suspects, Simon Juan, 24, of Guatemala, at the hotel and charged him with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Authorities are now searching for David Ramos Contreras, 27, of Mexico, Juan Garcia Rios Adiel, and Arnulfo Ramos. Arrests warrants have been issued for the three men for two counts of kidnapping and rape.
Adiel and Ramos’ ages are unknown at this point in time. Reports indicated that Adiel is using a fraudulent U.S. Permanent Resident I.D. card issued out of Fellsmere, Florida.
This is an ongoing investigation. Anyone with information regarding David Ramos Contreras, Arnuflo Ramos, or Juan Garcia Rios Adiel’s whereabouts should contact the Bowling Green Police Division 419-352-1131 or Wood County CrimeStoppers at 1-800-54-CRIME.
