Wealthy tot mom accused of murdering kids’ dad, dumping naked body on dirt road

The alleged murder came amid a custody dispute

Three people have been charged with the murder of a California dad whose naked and decomposing body was found in Sonoma County.

On Wednesday, according to the Mercury News, San Mateo County Superior Judge Lisa Novak determined there was enough evidence to bring felony murder charges to Tiffany Li and Kayeh Bayat to in the death of Li’s ex-boyfriend, Keith Green, who is the father of her two young children. Bayat also faces a special allegation that he used a firearm to kill Greene.

Li will stand trial for the murder charges, and a third defendant, 41-year-old Olivier Adella, will reportedly be arraigned next week.

San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office has accused the trio of murdering Greene on April 28, 2016, after Li and Greene met for an hour in the parking lot of the Millbrae Pancake House to discuss a custody dispute involving their two young daughters.

After that night, Greene never returned home. He found dead from a gunshot wound on May 11, 2016 along a dirt road near Highway 101 in Sonoma County.

The couple reportedly had a stormy relationship. A friend of Green’s told ABC News that Li came from a wealthy, powerful family and reportedly described her as dangerous. The couple is believed to have been arguing over a separation agreement that would have provided Greene with $4,000 per month, a one-time payment of $20,000, and a vehicle. Li wanted Greene to leave the mansion her mother had purchased. When Greene refused to sign the agreement, Li reportedly became enraged

Li, Bayat and Adella are scheduled to return to court on March 9 for an arraignment. Bail was set for Li at $35 million.
