Daphnee Mercer, 37, of Ottawa, Canada, has been missing since Thursday night, and authorities are asking the public for assistance.

The Ottawa Citizen reports that Mercer was last seen around Pretoria Avenue and Isabella Avenue, wearing a dark green jacket, green shoes, and a grey hat with a pompom attached. Mercer is a white female, stands five-feet-nine-inches tall, and has shoulder length blonde hair and a medium body build.
