Help! Police need public’s assistance after 17-year-old gets gunned down in street

Dallas police are looking for anyone who has information about a shooting on Wednesday night that left a teenage boy dead.

Dallas News reports that Mark Burnough, 17, was shot and wounded near Interstate 20, at an apartment complex off of the 6900 block of South Cockrell Hill Road. He was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.

So far, there aren’t a lot of details to go on, but an altercation reportedly happened after an argument over a cellphone.
