VIDEO: Suspect in triple murder of mom and daughters hauled off by police after dramatic eight-hour standoff

The suspect is also a person of interest in a double murder of an elderly couple

A suspect in the triple murder of a mother and two daughter was taken into a custody early Tuesday morning after a dramatic eight-hour standoff at the Ohio home where the suspected killer entered through an unlocked door.

Daily Mail has obtained the video of the suspect, George Brinkman, after police subdued him and took him into custody.

As Crime Online previously reported, Suzanne Taylor, 45, and her daughters, Taylor Pifer, 21, and Kiley Pifer, 18, were found murdered in their North Royalton, Ohio, home on Sunday.

Taylor reportedly suffered stab wounds, though the cause of death for her or her daughters is not yet known.

Police have not released a possible motive for the murder or any relationship between the suspect and the victims.

Brinkman, 45, is reportedly known to be a squatter and tried to hide out in a home in Brunswick. He reportedly knew the residents there, and one woman was present when he arrived, but she escaped unharmed.

The shirtless suspect was led away from the home at about 5:30 a.m.Tuesday, and taken to a hospital for evaluation. He will be jailed after his release from the hospital.

According to Cleveland 19, police had identified Brinkman as a person of interest in the triple murder on Monday and were seeking him for questioning when they arrived at the home. There are conflicting reports about the nature of communication between the suspect and law enforcement officials during the standoff.

Police and SWAT teams were able to negotiate his surrender without firing any weapons, but law enforcement officials reportedly did use a taser.

“Most of it was done, face-to-face negotiations” through a window, Brunswick Police Lieutenant Robert Safran told the news station.

Cleveland 19 reports that Brinkman may also be connected to a double murder in Lake Township on Monday. Senior citizens Rogell John II and Roberta Ray, a husband and wife, were found dead in their home on Monday.

This is a developing story and will be updated as more information becomes available.
