Police have arrested a popular Instagram model after she allegedly trespassed fully nude at a Florida motel and attacked several officers, according to the New York Daily News.
Clearwater Police said they encountered a naked Brissa Dominguez-Garcia, 25, around 4:20 a.m. on July 5. Prior to the arrival of authorities, a hotel manager told the woman to leave the property and she refused, according to a report obtained by the .Tampa Bay Times.
Instead of leaving, Dominguez-Garcia pretended to exit the motel and was seen going into another guest’s room, as noted by WFTS. Responding police claimed they handed the 25-year-old a towel to cover up and she swung it “in a whipping motion” to hit an officer in the face. She is said to have kicked three officers during the ordeal. The report also described how she “mule kicked” an officer who tried to arrest her.
The 25-year-old allegedly tried to bite and spit on one cop. Police noted that the woman appeared to be under the influence of alcohol throughout the altercation.
The Instagram model is currently facing a slew of charges, including trespassing in a structure after warning, battery on a law enforcement officer, and resisting an officer with violence. She was released from the Pinellas County jail after posting a $10,250 bail. A hotel manager has noted that she is no longer welcome on the property.
Dominguez-Garcia, who goes by @baybaddiebrie on Instagram, is a California-based model with nearly 76,000 followers. Still posting selfies to Instagram, the 25-year-old has yet to comment on the incident.
