Attempted rapist who ‘truly enjoys the hunt’ targets realtor who looks like Paris Hilton

‘I truly enjoy the hunt and cannot wait for my prize’

The Pennsylvania man convicted of attempted rape in 2013 apparently kept a reveal-all journal regarding his “perfect victims,” including a realtor he stalked because she resembled Paris Hilton.

Earlier this year, the Superior Court in Lehigh County upheld a 20-year sentence for Frank Yeager, 33, who was sentenced to serve time in prison after he tried to lure a real estate agent into an empty home and rape her. The real estate agent managed to escape when she refused to follow Yeager into the model home and alerted a male co-worker.

According to Yeager’s disturbing diary, which contained hundreds of written entries and graphic sketches of his “rape fantasies,” the real estate agent’s resemblance to Paris Hilton sparked an obsession. He first approached the Pulte Homes realtor on Nov. 25, 2012, at 1613 Windmill Lane, and asked to see a model home. The victim said she immediately felt uncomfortable because Yeager didn’t ask about the home price and acted suspicious.

The agent told Yeager walk into the house himself and look it over, which he did, but he drew up the blinds and turned off the lights in anticipation that she would soon follow him in. When the victim didn’t take the bait, Yeager walked out of the home, approached the agent inside the sales office and insisted she come into the home and look at a water leak. A male co-worker of the agent’s entered the room and Yeager immediately left.

The victim noticed that Yeager turned off the lights in the model home. She contacted the Berks-Lehigh Regional Police and after gathering a description of the suspect, authorities realized it was the same man who’d stalked other real estate agents in the area. Police ran the suspect’s truck license plate number the victim gave them, which led them to Yeager’s residence.

After searching Yeager’s home, they discovered his journal, filled with grotesque thoughts of chaining up victims and raping. Police also found duct tape,  a ski mask, metal chains, ammunition, two guns, rope, and other incriminating evidence. Yeager had stalked his “Paris Hilton” lookalike for several months before confronting her. He once followed her to her home and stood outside, but wrote that his ultimate plan was to rape her when he met her. He admitted he would’ve went through with the act had the male co-worker not appeared.

According to court records, Yeager wrote the names of over 200 real estate agents in his journal.

Four days before Yeager approached the victim, he took to Facebook and posted a bizarre message regarding an Open House day where a “Hells [sic] realtor” would greet people.

He posted several other incriminating posts on Facebook, including homes for sale in his area, as well as a photo of a different real estate estate who was likely on his “list of victims.”
