TMZ has obtained a photo that Taylor Swift said in court shows the exact moment when a DJ groped her during a photo op.
Swift is countersuing former DJ David Mueller who accused her of defamation after he was fired after allegedly grabbing her rear during a meet-and-greet at a 2013 concert in Denver.
Mueller has sued Swift for $3 million in damages, claiming that the purported false accusation cost him his job and future income. Swift is countersuing for a symbolic $1, alleging sexual assault.
On the stand in Denver Thursday, Swift testified about the incident that took place while she was standing between Mueller and his girlfriend against a wall for a photograph. She claimed the Mueller lifted up her skirt and “stayed attached to my bare ass-cheek as I lurched away from him.”
The Associated Press reports that Swift said she was “stunned” by the alleged groping, and gave a terse goodbye to the couple, choosing not to interrupt the photo op for the sake of the line of fans waiting to meet her. She said she spoke to her photographer about 15 minutes after the incident, and a representative sent the photo to Mueller’s then-boss at the radio station where he worked. She claimed her security guard also saw Mueller lift up her skirt.
The jury was shown the following photo as evidence. What do you think it shows?
