An Indiana man was arrested last Tuesday after he reportedly met up with a 12-year-old boy to have sex on multiple occasions.

FOX 59 reports that authorities arrested Ryan Bohl, 21, on August 8, after he allegedly found the victim on the site gay.com. According to the victim’s mother, the boy was curious about his sexuality and created a fake profile. He listed himself as 18 years old, when in fact he was only 12.

Shortly after talking to the victim online, Bohl reportedly exchanged graphic photos with him and suggested they meet up in person. Bohl later picked the boy from school and took him to the Union-Lutheran Cemetery in Whitestown, where they reportedly “performed sexual acts on each other.”

The pair met again over the summer, and once again returned to the cemetery and had a sexual encounter. On the third encounter, authorities said Bohl took the boy to his apartment to have sex.

Bohl told detectives that the boy never said his age until after the second meeting, yet it’s unclear how he wouldn’t know the child was underage if he picked him up from school. He was arrested and charged with two felony counts of child molesting. Bohl posted a $25,000 bail and is expected back in court on November 27.
