A Kerrville, Texas, high school teacher is accused of sending explicit photos of herself to a male student via Snapchat.

The San Antonio Express-News reports that Sara D’Spain, 38, admitted to letting the student feel her breasts while they kissed behind a burger stand on September 10.

On September 12, a different student showed school administrators an illicit photo that he received of D’Spain in her bra. When pressed about the image, police said the teacher claimed she only sent it to a student that no longer attends Tivy High School and had graduated, according to the local paper.

KENS reports that D’Spain later admitted to sending the images to a current student through Snapchat. The unidentified victim was also questioned and allegedly admitted to having a relationship with the 38-year-old. Authorities declined to disclose the age of the victim.

The Express-News noted that the high school teacher often took to social media to complain about her husband always working. Online documents indicated that she also has two daughters.

D’Spain is charged with improper relationship between an educator and student. She is not facing charges for the explicit photo, the local paper reports.

Tivy High School officials fired the teacher from her job following her arrest on Thursday. She worked for the Kerrville school district from January 2016 through September 16 of this year, according to KENS.

D’Spain was released from jail after posting a $35,000 bond.
