Roman Polanski still remains exiled in France 40 years after he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl in Jack Nicholson’s Hollywood home, although the victim now wants the just to end the case and let the “Chinatown” director return to the United States without the threat of jail. The case is now complicated by yet another woman — the third in recent years — coming forward to accuse Polanski of raping her decades ago.
Nancy Grace convenes an expert team in this Crime Stories episode to debate what should happen in the controversial case, including RadarOnline reporter Alexis Tereszcuk, New York lawyer Marie Napoli and forensics expert Joseph Scott Morgan. Polanski’s Los Angeles lawyer Harland Braun also talks exclusively to Crime Stories about this client’s reaction to the latest accusation.
