A Florida man is behind bars after the daughter of his girlfriend, suspecting he was having an affair, searched the family computer and found nude photos of herself.

Fox News reports that police arrested Matthew Bordeaux, 48, on Sunday and charged him with video voyeurism after his girlfriend’s daughter found numerous compromising photos under his files on the family computer. The photos came from two hidden cameras Bordeaux allegedly installed himself.

After authorities started investigating, they reportedly uncovered around 2,500 incriminating photos, dating back to Dec. 2016. Court documents indicate that the victim told detectives that Bordeaux had been living with them for seven years and was allegedly having an affair. To confirm her suspicions, she searched a family computer in the home, and looked under a hidden file that Bordeaux didn’t protect with a password.

One of the hidden cameras was installed into a wall socket that Bordeaux allegedly gave the victim once they moved into a new residence in January. Another camera was found inside an AC adaptor in the bathroom. Both hidden cameras contained memory cards.

As of Tuesday, Bordeaux remains behind bars on a $100,000 bond. Check back with CrimeOnline as additional details become available.
