UPDATE: Sylvester Stallone responds to reports of sexually assaulting a teen in the 1980s

Actor Sylvester Stallone is accused of coercing a teen girl into having sex with him and his bodyguard at a Las Vegas hotel in 1986.
According to a police report obtained by the Daily Mail, an unnamed 16-year-old told Las Vegas police that Stallone, then 40, and his bodyguard, Michael de Luca, then 27, “intimidated” her into having sex with them in July 1986.
Stallone was reportedly in Vegas at the time to film Over the Top. The girl said she met Stallone after actor David Mendenhall introduced her to him in an elevator. According to the report, she got the Rambo actor’s autograph a couple days later. It was then that he asked her how old she was.
“She told him she was 16, going on 17 years of age,” the report stated. “She told me that Stallone asked her how she got such a build and she said that she just blushed.”
The next day, De Luca gave her two keys to Stallone’s room, where the alleged assault occurred. On that night, she said she went up to the 27th floor and met Stallone and De Luca in the hallway before they all went into the hotel suite.
The teen said that Stallone went into the bedroom, got undressed, and began having sex with her while his bodyguard stayed in the bathroom. She also claimed that Stallone then encouraged de Luca to join in.
She explained how she felt “very uncomfortable” but felt she had “no choice” in the matter. This led to de Luca allegedly forcing her to perform oral sex on him before penetrating her and Stallone also allegedly forcing her to perform oral sex on him.
The alleged victim also told officers that Stallone threatened to “beat her head in” if she told anyone about the encounter because he and de Luca were both married. The report indicated that she only spoke to police after they learned of the alleged encounter from a hotel employee.
She also told cops that she was “humiliated and ashamed” and didn’t wish to press charges. The Daily Mail reports that the girl ultimately signed a no-prosecution form and the matter was dropped.
“She indicated that if the sexual encounter had only been with Stallone, she would not pursue this matter, but due to the fact that Mike, the bodyguard became involved in the sexual incident, she didn’t know what she wanted to do,” the report said.

Stallone, now 71, hasn’t responded to the allegations. California police shot and killed De Luca in 2013 after he was pulled over on suspicion of driving under the influence. De Luca reportedly told police he had a gun, and officers fatally shot him. Though he was later found to be unarmed, the district attorney ruled the death a justifiable homicide.
