Police say they were called to the home just before 9 a.m. where the woman showed up completely nude with her hands tied with a rope and duct tape on her neck and head. She told police Dunh had “tortured” her.
Dinh’s home was searched, and police found a “large amount” of marijuana inside, though he wasn’t home at the time. He was eventually arrested during a traffic stop the following Wednesday.
