Authorities found a woman and her two little girls dead inside their Little Rock apartment on Tuesday, and they’re trying to figure out what happened and why.
Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette reports that authorities in Little Rock found Mariah Cunningham and her children, 5-year-old Alayah Fisher and 3-year-old Elijah Fisher, deceased inside their home at the Rosemont Apartments complex, at 6600 Lancaster Road, on Tues. Cunningham’s aunt, Alma Dennis, and her grandmother, Sheba Cunningham, said they found the victims’ bodies after the children failed to show up for school and Cunningham failed to answer her phone. Cunningham reportedly had her arm around one of the children when Dennis discovered the bodies.
