A New Jersey doctor is facing charges of murdering his wife to cover up an illegal drug ring he allegedly feared would be uncovered by their divorce. Nancy Grace digs into the case against Dr. James Kauffman in the 2012 murder of his wife April Kauffman, who was a popular radio host.
