Scorned wife poses as husband’s mistress in Craigslist ad seeking sex with married men: Police

A jilted wife in Houston is accused of a creative form of ‘revenge porn’: The woman allegedly posted ads pretending to be her husband’s mistress, soliciting married men for sex.

According to the New York Post, there were plenty of takers: The alleged victim Ryan Boudreaux received over 100 messages and calls about the Craigslist ad, which Tamantha Johnson allegedly posted in July 2017. Some of the messages reportedly included naked photos of would-be suitors.

Johnson told authorities that Boudreaux had an affair with her attorney husband, who represented Boudreaux in her divorce, according to court records obtained by the New York Post.  The alleged affair appears to have contributed to the breakup of the marriage, and the couple filed for divorce in April.

According to WSMV, Boudreaux denied having an affair with Johnson’s husband.

The suspect had previously been arrested for harassing the woman she thought was sleeping with her husband, after she reportedly sent threatening text messages to Boudreaux.

“Because you are unable to control your behavior, you have made it necessary for me to help you control your unacceptable behavior,” Johnson allegedly wrote in one message.

“You are a very evil person. And you will suffer the consequences of this behavior.”

The Craigslist ad falsely claiming to be Boudreaux reportedly included a photo, her name and her age. Johnson reportedly denied the allegations at first, but investigators were able to trace the posting IP address to a computer at Baylor College, Johnson’s employer.

Johnson is facing felony charges of online harassment and impersonation. It is unclear if she is currently in custody.
