A California mom who took her dog out for a walk during a Super Bowl party has not been seen since, and her family is desperate to locate her.
New York Post reports Ashley Holloway, 30, stepped away from the party in east Stockton, California, to walk her dog on February 5. While the dog, Tinkerbell, was later found, Holloway hasn’t been seen since, and it’ssomething that her friend Lydia Padilla said was uncommon.
“I’ve known Ashley since she was a baby so — and this ain’t like her to be missing like this. She’s a good mom; I don’t know why she disappeared. All I know is that hopefully she’ll come home,” Padilla told CBS News.
Friends said that Holloway has three young children and that Tinkerbell rarely ever left her side. Her boyfriend, Albert Garcia, said that Holloway said a few words to their son before walking the dog, then no one heard from her again.
“I’ve been worried since she’s been gone. I don’t know what to think, what to do; we put up the flyers everywhere. We asked all the neighborhood, every friend and person that knows her from the taco truck to the liquor store — everyone we can think of,” Garcia said.
Holloway has hazel eyes and long brown hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt. Anyone with any information on Holloway’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Stockton Police Department at 209-937-8245.
