One person has been critically injured in a shooting at a Miami Whole Foods on Tuesday afternoon, and one man believed to have been involved has fled the scene. A third man is in custody.
AThe Miami Herald reports that police are investigating the shooting at a Whole Foods location on SE Third Street to determine who is responsible. While one suspect has been apprehended, it is not clear who pulled the trigger.
According to the report, three men were engaged in a heated argument just outside the Whole Foods at about 1 p.m. Tuesday afternoon when gunfire erupted. The injured man fled the scene but collapsed only two blocks away.
Another man was taken into custody, and a third man fled the scene.
“We’re looking for one white male in his twenties with a Gucci hat,” Miami police Cmdr. Freddie Cruz told the newspaper.
“We’re not sure who the good guy is or the bad guy at this moment.”
The injured man is reportedly in critical condition atĀ Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Authorities have not yet released the name of any of the men involved in the shooting, and have not yet filed any charges.
