A Montana teen is behind bars after she allegedly forced her ex-boyfriend to have sex with her while wielding a machete.

KFBB reports that Samantha Mears is facing numerous charges, including assault with a weapon, after she allegedly broke in to her ex-boyfriend’s home in Great Falls on June 22, essentially holding him captive while she threatened him with a machete.

The alleged victim, identified only as S.D., reportedly came home to find his ex-girlfriend there, having broken in. When S.D. arrived, Mears allegedly demanded he strip naked and get on the bed, where she allegedly began engaging in sexual intercourse with him, biting his arm and refusing to stop when he asked her to.

After the alleged assault, Mears reportedly sat on the bed naked while holding the machete, and S.D. reportedly took photographs of her that he has since shared with police. The victim also reportedly told police that Mears tore off a piece of trim on the wall in a rage, and intentionally urinated on his bed.

The suspect reportedly tried to claim that S.D. had kidnapped her, and that he had given her the machete, as a means of protecting herself.

But just days earlier, Mears was taken into custody after she allegedly strangled S.D., and released on her own recognizance.

Mears has reportedly been charged with assault assault with a weapon, unlawful restraint, partner or family member assault, and two counts of criminal mischief. Prosecutors have requested bail be set at $50,000 and that the suspect be ordered to stay at least 1500 away from S.D. and his property.

It is unclear if additional charges are expected.
