Authorities in Tennessee arrested a man on suspicion of public indecency and other criminal charges after he allegedly waited naked inside the women’s restroom at a Nashville-area fast-food establishment.

According to WFAA, 25-year-old Brody Tyler Young was arrested on Monday after management at the restaurant reported a man had been locked inside the restroom all day.

The Tennessean identified the location as a McDonald’s in the 4000 block of Nolensville Pike in south Nashville.

An affidavit filed in connection with his arrest states that officer were dispatched to the business and unlocked the restroom to find Young locked inside one of the stalls.

Restaurant management told authorities that the individual had previously been told he was not welcome on the property.

“Mr. Young was erratic and doing jumping jacks and hitting the wall,” a responding officer wrote.

Police added that the man emitted the odor of strong chemicals, leading them to suspect that he had been huffing inhalants to get high.

Young reportedly has a documented history of huffing. In response to his behavior and apparent intoxication on Monday, he was arrested and taken into custody after being deemed a danger to himself and others.

Reports indicate he is expected to face criminal counts including public indecency, public intoxication and trespassing.

Court documents show he was released from custody on bail the following day. He was scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing later in the day Tuesday.
