Authorities in Florida say a man is facing criminal charges after he allegedly entered a Japanese restaurant and began to disrobe.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, police believe 24-year-old James Dylan Jordan was intoxicated when he walked up to a couple dining at the Kobe Japanese Steakhouse on U.S. Interstate 19 in Clearwater earlier this month.
The suspect allegedly approached the customers and started to take off his clothes in an apparent attempt to perform a very public exotic dance on August 5.
As he started showing skin and gyrating closer to the female diner, she reportedly told him to stop.
At that time, investigators say Jordan began to threaten her husband with violence.
Court records indicate the suspect is accused of assaulting the female victim and threatening to engage in a fight with the male.
Police responded to the scene and arrested Jordan.
After Pinellas County Sheriff’s deputies transported him to jail, he was booked and later released after posting $150 bond.
Jordan is expected to face a criminal count of disorderly conduct in an establishment.
