The death of a 10-month-old Michigan girl became a murder case against her parents after her death was found to be from malnutrition and dehydration. The father, Seth Welch, rants in videos about a conspiracy by doctors, hospitals and drug companies to enslave Americans. In one video, Welch suggests that God wants “the weak die off.”
