A white man who is seen on security video fatally shooting an unarmed black man during an argument over a parking space at a Clearwater convenience store now faces a manslaughter charge. Michael Drejka, 47, claims he has immunity under Florida’s “stand your ground” law. Nancy Grace looks at the case and the law with Benjamin Crump, the Florida civil rights attorney who represents the parents of Trayvon Martin — the teen killed by George Zimmerman in another infamous “stand your ground” case. Crump is author of the book “Open Season: Legalized Genocide of People of Color.” Also joining the discussion are forensic psychiatrist Dr. Daniel Bober, Atlanta prosecutor Kenya Johnson, veteran detective Steven Lampley, Maryland criminal defense lawyer Robin Ficker, and Crime Stories reporter Chuck Roberts.
