A Florida mother is behind bars after police discovered her toddler son deceased on Tuesday, despite her claim that a stranger knocked her out and vanished with the little boy.
ABC reports that 21-year-old Charisee Stinson is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of 3-year-old Jordan Belliveau. As CrimeOnline previously reported, Stinson told police that she was walking with her son off of Lake Avenue and East Bay Drive at around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday night, when an unknown man approached them and asked if they needed a ride. Stinson claimed she accepted the ride but the stranger punched her out, then fled.
Stinson said she woke up on Sunday morning in the woods at Largo Central Park and couldn’t find her son. The man, who she said drove a white Toyota Camry with a white grill and dark tinted windows, had disappeared. She claimed the man only identified himself as “Antwan.”
At this time, Stinson is the only person charged with Jordan’s death.
