Texas authorities are searching for a 12-year-old who disappeared from her home on Tuesday and is considered to be in “extreme danger.”
ABC13 reports that someone picked up Marsche Bates from her Deer Park home on Tuesday at around midnight. She’s not been heard from since. Authorities said she could possibly be with a Cypress man known only as “Jay,” who police consider a person of interest.
Deer Park PD Lt. Chris Brown indicated that Marsche used a school iPad to access the “Meet Me” site, where she met Jay. The pair exchanged a final message at midnight, shortly before the girl disappeared.
Anyone with any information should contact the Deer Park Police Department at 281-478-2000.
