Actress and model Kim Porter has been found dead, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Authorities told the news outlet that Porter, 47, was found unresponsive in her home in Toluca Lake, California, at around 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time on Thursday.

TMZ reported that Porter had been suffering from a respiratory illness, possibly the flu or pneumonia, for several weeks, but the cause of death is not yet known.

Porter’s rep confirmed her death in a statement to the Hollywood Reporter. 

Porter was in a relationship with Sean Combs until their split in 2007, and they had three children together. Porter has a fourth son from another relationship.
