Authorities in Utah are asking for the public’s help in helping to locate a missing teen girl who is considered endangered.
The Salt Lake Tribune reports that 15-year-old Lily Stephens has been missing since Friday evening, when she was last seen at her home in Herriman. Police told the newspaper that she said she was going to stay with friends, who may be located in Draper.
Before Lily left, she reportedly left a note in her bedroom “threatening self-harm.”
The teen girl is considered endangered. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the Herriman Police Department at 801-840-4000.
Lily Stephens is reportedly 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. She has blue eyes and blond hair with faded blue streaks. When she was last seen, she was wearing yellow hooded sweatshirt with “Brooklyn” printed in red letters, and black leggings.
