Police in Oregon have arrested a woman who was reportedly filmed harassing a black couple with racial slurs—all while brandishing a knife.

Speaking with The Oregonian, Emora Roberson, 20, said she and her family stopped at a strip mall in McMinnville, pulling in next to a pickup truck whose driver quickly yelled racial slurs at them. Roberson claimed the woman, later identified as Amber Rocco, 39, attempted to get into their vehicle where her 15-month-old daughter was sleeping.

Roberson shared the taped encounter on Facebook, writing, “This woman got mad cuz we ‘parked crooked’ and starting callin us n****rs, spit on my boyfriend, and slapped him in the face. She slammed the door on my foot and was acting way outta pocket.”

In the one-minute video, Rocco is apparently heard claiming “self defense” and calling Roberson a “stupid n****r b***h” after Roberson accused her of pointing a knife at her boyfriend. Roberson said she was with her toddler daughter, boyfriend, and aunt at the time.

A male, presumably Roberson’s boyfriend, can be heard telling Rocco to get back in her car. Roberson and her aunt are overheard dissuading him from further confronting the woman.

KOIN reported that officers were called to the strip mall at 2:30 p.m. but nobody was there upon their arrival. Since then, McMinnville police said they’ve arrested Rocco Friday night and charged her with felony intimidation, felony unlawful use of a weapon, and menacing and harassment. KPTV noted that intimidation is considered a hate crime in Oregon.

Rocco’s bail was set at $55,000.
