A medical examiner has concluded the cause of death for Kim Porter, the actress and model who was once in a relationship with Sean Combs.

The New York Daily News obtained an autopsy report from the Los Angeles County Coroner showing that Porter, 48, died of lobar pneumonia, a bacteria infection of the lungs the compromises the body’s ability to take in oxygen.

According to the report, Porter had flu-like symptoms for several days prior to her death on November 15. She reportedly had a fever that went up to 102 degrees, but told a doctor the day before she was discovered unresponsive that the fever had gone down.

As reported by TMZ, Combs  — ‘P. Diddy’ — delivered Porter’s eulogy at her memorial service on Saturday. The news outlet obtained video of the eulogy, included below:
