Three Pennsylvania men convicted of having sex with 12 animals—9 female horses, a cow, a goat, and dogs—in a four to five year period were sentenced to prison on Monday.
Matthew Brubaker, 31, Marc Measnikoff, 34, and Terry Wallace, 41, were sentenced to 20 to 41 years after pleading guilty to over 1,400 counts of animal abuse. WTAJ reported that a teenage boy who also lived on the Mouse Road property was forced to restrain the animals as the men committed the sex acts on them.
The Clearfield County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is currently caring for the animals.
“This is an unpleasant topic, but the facts are that we received a report of folks having sexual intercourse with animals, farm animals,” Clearfield County District Attorney William Shaw told WJAC following the men’s arrests in August 2018.
“So I’ve been doing this for over 20 years and this is probably the worse situation of this type of case that I’ve come across.”
