A Tennessee man was arrested this week after his wife reportedly discovered a video showing him raping her 5-year-old son, who is his stepson.

According to WSMV, the boy’s mother called police on Sunday, claiming she found footage from March 22 which appeared to depict her husband, John Calvillo, 20, committing sex acts on her son.

WZTV reported that the explicit video was located on Calvillo’s phone. His wife reportedly told police that she could tell the sex assault occurred in their apartment because she could recognize the bed linens and furniture.

The wife also said she was certain that her husband and son were the people in the video due to their voices, police told the news station.

Calvillo was charged Monday with felony rape of a child. He remains jailed on $150,000 bond.
