Authorities issued a Silver Alert Monday for a 20-year-old woman missing from Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

North Carolina Department of Public Safety reports that Jaylin Drew Hacker was last seen at 3541 Yarbrough Avenue on Monday morning at around 6:20 a.m. Police said she may have some form of dementia or other mental impairment.

Hacker is described as a white female who weighs around 216 pounds and stands 5 feet, 6 inches tall. She has brown eyes and short sandy brown hair. She was last seen wearing silver sandals and a long blue sundress, strapless with white dots.
