$10K reward offered for fugitive parents after one child found dead and three critically injured

The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the capture of fugitive parents to one child who was found dead, three who were critically injured, and another infant who is missing.

KMOV reports that authorities are offering the reward as they search for Hakim Mustafa Moore, 27, and Robin Alexander, 29, who are believed to have fled Oklahoma for St. Louis after failing to appear in court to face child abuse charges last month.

Authorities have not said when, where, or how the children died, and have not released their ages. The children in critical condition are reportedly in the custody of state authorities in Oklahoma,

As CrimeOnline previously reported, authorities also said that a baby was born to the fugitive couple in a hotel room in Oklahoma, but there is no documentation of the birth, and therefore little information about the infant, who has not been located.

Police also cautioned that the photos they released of the suspects are five years old, and that the fugitives may have altered their appearance since then.
