Authorities in Wisconsin say a man was arrested late last month on suspicion of disrobing and running around in a public parking lot.
According to the Pioneer Press, La Crosse police reports identified the suspect as a 29-year-old man. He is accused of causing a disturbance while naked in an area on the north side of the city early on the morning of June 29.
Police officers were reportedly dispatched to the location after a complainant called about the man’s concerning behavior. In addition to shedding his clothes, he was allegedly screaming nonsense as he ran around the lot.
When law enforcement arrived, they claim the suspect began bragging about his excessive use of narcotics.
Officers reportedly asked him what he was doing and he replied, “Oh, that’s what all those drugs are for.”
Police reports further allege that he asked them “what’s wrong with being a heroin addict.”
Prior to his arrest on suspicion of disorderly conduct and lewd and lascivious behavior, officers reportedly tried to determine what drugs he might have ingested.
He told them that he had done “tons and tons and tons and tons and tons of acid.”
