A driver in Colorado accelerated into a crowd in Denver on Sunday, sending two pedestrians flying into the air on impact — before the driver sped off.

NBC News obtained video of the frightening incident, which took place a block away from Coors Field in Denver’s LoDo entertainment district. As police responded to a street fight that appeared to be breaking up, a silver sedan that had been unmoving at Market Street near 20th Street suddenly accelerated and drove into a crowd of people.

The two pedestrians who were hit were not seriously hurt, according to the report, and were treated at a nearby hospital.
