A woman in England who killed both of her young daughters because they “got in the way” of her job as a part-time model and sex worker was seen on surveillance video with her two girls before their deaths.
Additional images show Louise Porton, 23, carrying her toddler daughter and driving with the little girl in the car — when she may have already been dead or dying.
According to the Daily Mail, Porton was convicted of killing her daughters 18 months after she is believed to have suffocated three-year old Lexi Draper on January 15 of 2018. Less than three weeks later, she reportedly killed her 18-month-old daughter Scarlett by strangling and/or suffocating her.
The Daily Mail obtained surveillance video of Porton walking into her Rugby, Warwickshire, home on January 14, hours before Lexi died.
According to the report, Porton initially tried to claim that Lexi had died of natural causes. But 18 days later, her 18-month-old daughter died in a similar manner — and Porton is believed to have waited until the toddler was dead before she called for emergency services.
The Daily Mail obtained a still image and a video of Porton with her daughter on the day she is believed to have died: A photo of surveillance footage that was taken in a hotel as Porton is carrying Scarlett, and a video at a gas station when Scarlett was reportedly in the car. The toddler may have already been dead when both scenes were captured.
According to the Daily Mail, a paramedic testified at Porton’s murder trial that Scarlett was “freezing and completely lifeless” by the time emergency services arrived.
As CrimeOnline previously reported, Porton was sentenced to at last 32 years behind bars last month.
