Las Vegas police arrested adult film star Cheryl Marie Murphy, known as Bridget the Midget in her movies, this week for stabbing her boyfriend during a violent argument.
Law enforcement told TMZ that a neighbor reported screaming and breaking glass from a home in southwest Las Vegas. Officers found that Murphy, also known as Bridget Powers or Powerz, and her boyfriend had fought, and she had stabbed him in the leg. She was arrested on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, domestic battery with a deadly weapon, and burglary with a deadly weapon.
The boyfriend, a former bartender known as Jesse James, was treated at a hospital and released, KTNV reported.
Murphy’s first adult film was in 1999, and she appeared in the 2002 HBO documentary “Cathouse” as herself. She has also appeared in “World’s Wildest Bachelor Parties” and the movies “8mm” and “S.W.A.T.”
Murphy, 39, is scheduled to appear in court on September 26.
