After beautiful teen Francis Victoria Garcia dies, suspect Michael Gaffney claims it happened during rough sex. The pair leave a Halloween party for alone time in a parking lot at a high-rise apartment building. Their 20-minute encounter ends tragically. Gaffney says the girl’s death was unintentional.
