16-year-old kidnaps & beats pregnant woman, fires several shots at her: Police

A 16-year-old Georgia teen is behind bars after police say he attacked a pregnant woman and shot at her several times.

AJC reports that the unnamed teen knew the victim and apparently got into a heated argument with her, according to police, before dragging her into a Statesboro apartment and firing several shots at her.

When the victim’s mother arrived to pick her up, the teen allegedly fired shots at her as well. None of the victims were actually shot, police said. It’s unclear what the argument was about.
