A Texas man found his wife wandering around their Sugar Land home with cuts to her neck and wrists Saturday morning — and the couple’s 4-year-old son dead upstairs with his throat cut.
Sugar Land police said the woman’s injuries appeared to be self-inflicted, ABC 13 reported.
The husband, who was not identified in reports, called police when he arrived home about 10:30 a.m. and saw blood throughout the house in the Gardens of Avalon neighborhood of the affluent Houston suburb.
KHOU 11 said the woman was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
No further details were provided, and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
