Authorities in Idaho have served a search warrant at the home of Lori Vallow’s husband Chad Daybell.
East Idaho News reports that “numerous” officers and police vehicles have been at the Salem home since early Tuesday morning. The search warrant is reportedly sealed and the Rexburg Police Department has not said what investigators are searching for.
According the report, police have blocked roads leading to the home and are keeping media in a staging area.
Lori Vallow’s two children, 17-year-old Tylee Ryan and 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow, have been missing since September.
Chad Daybell’s former wife Tammy Daybell died in October at the Rexburg home that is currently being searched. Authorities initially determined that Tammy died of natural causes, but have since exhumed her body and re-opened the investigation.
Authorities have not yet released any findings from the autopsy.
This is a developing story and all information is preliminary. CrimeOnline will provide further updates when more information is available.
An earlier version of this story mistakenly stated that Chad Daybell’s home is in Rexburg. It is in Salem, which is just outside of Rexburg.
