Police in New York City discovered a body on fire on the Hutchinson River Parkway early Monday morning.
Citing sources within the fire department, News 12 The Bronx reports that firefighters responded to calls about flames on the side of the highway shortly after midnight, to discover that a deceased man was on fire.
The unidentified man also had his hands tied behind his back. Authorities have not yet determined how the man died, or if he was set on fire while he was still alive.
