There’s a twist in the murder of Arkansas state senator Linda Collins-Smith. The suspect is facing new charges as details are released of an attempt to hire a hitman to kill the senator’s ex-husband. The body of Collins-Smith was found wrapped in a carpet at the end of her driveway. The remains so mangled that she could not be immediately identified. Who killed Linda Collins-Smith?
