Two inmates at the Rikers Island prison in New York City reportedly escaped on Thursday, and one inmate is still on the loose.
ABC News reports that two inmates had somehow escaped the correctional facility and were seen jumping into the water, presumably the East River. One escaped inmate was immediately caught, and a second is still at large as the NYPD conducts a massive search.
