Two felony charges originally filed against Lori Vallow at the time of her February arrest have been dropped.
According to EastIdahoNews.com, two felony counts of desertion and nonsupport of children have been dismissed, days after Vallow was charged with two felony counts of conspiracy to commit destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence.

Daybell was taken into custody that day and is being held on two felony counts each of destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence; and conspiracy to commit destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence.
The report does not indicate what prompted the dismissal of the charges.
