BTK: The dog catcher next door [Monday Crime Stories]

BTK is the moniker given to a man who killed 10 people in the Witchita, Kansas, area over a nearly 20-year span. Dennis Rader was a dog catcher, a deacon in his church, and by all appearances, a loving family man. This family man, however, liked to bind, torture, and kill.
