A newborn baby in Queens, New York, is fighting for his life after his mother allegedly tossed him out of a bathroom window this weekend.
Citing police sources, the New York Post reports that an unidentified woman gave birth in a bathtub in Ozone Park before tossing the infant out the window. The baby was discovered outside the home late Sunday morning with his umbilical cord still attached.

The newborn reportedly suffered from hypothermia, and was taken to a nearby hospital. Sources told the news outlet that the infant is not expected to survive.
The suspect is reportedly being medically evaluated at Jamaica hospital, and criminal charges are pending.
